01 / Personal Training

Receive Individual Attention From a Skilled Trainer

You can trust your personal fitness trainer to help you figure out which workouts work best for you. Commit Fitness will help you set and meet fitness goals through hard work, determination and encouragement. Sessions are typically about 45 minutes long. You'll weigh in each month to see how much progress you've made.

02 / SEMI-PRIVATE Training

Work in small groups to stay motivated

Our semi-private fitness training involves groups of three to five people at a time. Unlike a group class, these sessions are personalized and modified on a per person basis. While you’re all exercising together, you might be working on different goals. Receive form corrections and attention as if you were in a one-on-one session. Participate in monthly accountability sessions which are included to insure you are making progress.

03 / NUTRITION

We offer nutrition counseling from either our nutritionist or dietitian depending on your goals!

Meet with someone on our nutrition team to take your health to the next level. Both our nutritionist and our dietitian believe in lifestyle coaching. They will help you make changes that are doable and realistic for YOUR life. We do not believe in restricting or crazy diets. Let us help you focus on the right things and watch your body become its most efficient self!
