    Our semi-private fitness training involves groups of three to five people at a time. Unlike a group, class, these sessions are personalized and modified on a per person basis.

    You can trust your personal fitness trainer to help you figure out which workouts work best for you. Sessions are typically about 45 minutes long.

    Commit Fitness can guide you through an exercise regimen that will get you fit and radiant in time for your walk down the aisle. You can sign up as a pair or just do the training yourself.
