I've been working out with Erica virtually for almost a year now and I love it! It feels just like being in a gym with a trainer and Erica always makes sure to keep it fun yet tough. I've never worked out so consistently and felt so great! I love Erica and TJ, can't recommend them enough!

TJ has been a great personal trainer over the years, keeping me motivated and working with whatever the scenario or location may be. In person, via an app or Zoom, he'll get you into shape with a "sky is the limit" attitude. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to get into weight training (me) or to fine tune what they think they already know.
Erica and the entire team at Commit Fitness are incredible to work with. Outside of being extremely knowledgeable and putting together customized workouts, Erica truly cares about her clients. Hands down the best in the business!
Since I started working out with Erica a little over a year ago, my attitude and accountability toward working out has completely changed. I used to use any excuse to avoid going to the gym, but now I look forward to my sessions with Erica because I know she will push me - with nothing but positivity and encouragement - to work harder and get stronger. Not to mention, all the while I've been training with Erica, I've also been managing a few physical health struggles that have delayed progress I would like to see, and Erica has been nothing but compassionate, creative, and optimistic in meeting me just where I am each day.
