In person, via an app or Zoom, he'll get you into shape with a "sky is the limit" attitude. Brides, if you're looking for an intensive, doable, and fun training program - look no further! I did a lot of shopping around and investigating while looking for the perfect training program before my wedding... I was highly impressed by the ratings at Commit Fitness and decided to give it a try - I'm so glad I did!

This studio really feels more like a family than a 'transaction.' All of the trainers are so friendly, they all go out of their way to greet each client that walks in the door.

I worked with Olivia for 6 months and cannot recommend her enough. My only wish is that I had started even sooner!

During our first session, we did a weigh-in on an inBody machine, chatted about the differences I wanted to see and my personal eating/workout habits. We set attainable goals and hit the ground running. Olivia is incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging - I love that she taught me a wide variety of workouts and (immensely) helped with my form so that I'll be able to continue all of them on my own. No two days are exactly alike, she mixes things up and keeps sessions challenging by pushing you but also respecting your limits. She makes working out so much fun and genuinely cares about each and every one of her clients and their successes. I learned SO much about weightlifting and general health from Olivia. While ultimately the number on the scale is not what I had hoped for, I now understand that it's so much more than that and am pleased with my results - the before and after photos they take are a huge testament to this!! I could go on and on, but if you're thinking about it, just do it!!

If I could give Commit more than 5 stars, I would! I've been working with Olivia several times a week for almost a year, and am amazed at how every single workout is different. Olivia is fantastic at knowing just how hard to push me so that I'm always feeling challenged, but I still know I'm working out safely. Olivia is creative and solution-oriented, and tailors each workout for the client's specific goals and limitations. Even when I had a broken foot in a boot, she still managed to give me a killer workout!
At age 48, I have never felt stronger in my life. And I'm dangerously close to finally being able to do a pull-up! Olivia is the best

I would give this gym a 10 if I could. Commit fitness is the first gym that I have seen results. I am very motivated but I have been motivated at other gyms without the results. There are monthly check in's which keeps me motivated.
Working with my trainer, Olivia is amazing. She is not only funny but she is incredibly knowledgeable. She keeps the exercises interesting and challenges me. She is the first trainer that I have ever worked with that I feel is in this with me and my success is her success. I can't recommend Olivia and Commit fitness enough.

Googling prenatal personal trainers and landing on Commit Fitness was lucky. Having Katlyn as my trainer and nutritionist is something I was truly hoping for when my search began. I started with Katlyn when I was 16 weeks pregnant and haven't stopped now at 7 months postpartum. Katlyn has given me the inspiration, motivation and knowledge to keep going, showing me what my body is capable of and how resilient I am. Some days are really hard. Through it all, she doesn't let me give up; believing in me through the times I don't believe in myself. The level of knowledge she has and care she gives is apparent through her detailed program planning by meeting me where I'm at with a catered program for how I need to workout and eat. This along with her result driven strategies is why I will continue to work with Katlyn for as long as she'll have me.

Commit fitness is a great little trainer-focused gym in my neighborhood. I started going when I was pregnant because it said on their website that their trainers are certified to safely train pre- and postpartum women. I'm three months postpartum now and will continue to train there because I've had such a good experience. The trainers there are all super friendly and genuinely seem to care about you and how you're doing, no matter what sort of goals you have in mind. Specifically, Olivia is fantastic. She's exactly what anyone should want in a personal trainer: her workouts are always varied and challenging, she's a stickler for form, and she's always upbeat and encouraging, but in a real way- not a cheesy way. I've worked with a ton of different trainers and she's truly a gem!

UPDATE: Since I started receiving additional services at Commit, I wanted to add onto my previous review....
I've always known that fitness and nutrition go hand-in-hand, but for awhile I thought, 'Hey! Something is better than nothing! I'm working out with a trainer, I'll get to the nutrition piece eventually.' Luckily for me, Erica had another plan in mind. What started as a referral to Katlyn to support with my hypothyroidism has since turned into a complete review & refresh of how my habits have been impacting all aspects of my wellness - from my weight loss goals & gut health, to my stress management & energy levels. Katlyn cultivates relationships that are authentic and transparent, while also being incredibly empathetic and client-centered. I am abundantly grateful for the dynamic duo that is Katlyn and Erica, and I highly encourage anyone who is on the fence about examining their nutrition to expand your circle to include Katlyn! You will not be disappointed!!
